The company is officially registered with the Sana’a and Aden Chambers of Commerce as a licensed security services provider.
Al-Arish Security Services is fully licensed by the Ministry of Interior (MOI) of Yemen, and across Somalia to operate as a private security company and conducts its operations in full compliance with applicable national laws and regulatory requirements.
The company was founded with the vision of delivering a comprehensive range of integrated services, including security services, security enhancement and upgrades, consulting, and the supply of security-related products. These services are tailored to meet the operational needs of a diverse client base operating in complex and high-risk environments.
Al-Arish Security Services supports clients across the energy and power sector, United Nations organizations, international and local non-governmental organizations (NGOs), embassies and diplomatic missions, oil and gas companies, and government entities.

تحمل شركة العريش للخدمات الأمنية ترخيصاً كاملاً من وزارة الداخلية في الجمهورية اليمنية لمزاولة أعمالها كشركة أمنية خاصة، وتنفّذ عملياتها بما يتوافق كلياً مع القوانين الوطنية واللوائح التنظيمية المعمول بها.
